Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

One-Year Limited Warranty

AIRHUG provides a one-year limited warranty on products purchased directly from our website.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@airhug.com.
